Welcome to Bespoke Deckings ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at http://diydeckings.co.uk and any purchases made through it. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Products and Services

We specialize in providing high-quality DIY decking materials, accessories, and supplies. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.

We are approved Millboard pro installers and are able to fit deckings upon request around the North West

3. Ordering and Payment

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.

Prices are listed in (£) GBP and include/exclude applicable taxes 

We accept payment via PayPal /  with a card through PayPal (No account needed) / Direct transfer for bespoke orders.
Costs can also be spread across 3 easy, interest-free payments (Min: £30 / Max: £2000) using Paypal.

Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not signify our acceptance of your order. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods to you.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and the quantity/cost of your order.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

• STANDARD DELIVERY SERVICE

         We deliver to most areas once or twice a week. This price is for our scheduled delivery service and will usually achieve 
         delivery:

         Within 4 working days after order date for addresses in England except in postcode areas: (CA, CB, IP, NE, NR, PE, TR)

        Within 7 working days after order date for addresses in Wales and in English postcode areas: (CA, CB, IP, NE, NR, PE, TR)

         Within 8 working days for addresses in Scotland.

• EXPRESS DELIVERY SERVICE
  
  These charges apply for a delivery date before our next scheduled delivery to your area, but not for next day delivery, nor for delivery in Scotland within 2 working days after order date.
   
• NEXT DAY DELIVERY SERVICE
  
  This service is only available for orders placed before noon on the day prior to delivery and is offered subject to a suitable vehicle being available. These charges apply to deliveries made on the working day following order date for addresses in England and Wales and within 2 working days after order date for addresses in Scotland.

Somebody must be present at delivery location to meet driver and sign for goods - If order is being delivered to an address where no forklift truck is available such as residential addresses, the delivery driver may require assistance in unloading goods by handballing. 

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information.

5. Returns and Refunds

If there is damaged or defective items in your order upon delivery, photographic evidence must be submitted to enquiries@bespokedeckings.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

There may be a 10% restocking charge on some returned orders depending on the nature of the return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

6. Warranty and Liability

Our decking products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Details will be provided on the product page or upon request.

We are not responsible for damages arising from incorrect installation, misuse, or natural wear and tear.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of the website or products is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

All content on this website (text, images, logos, graphics) is owned by or licensed to Bespoke Deckings unless stated otherwise and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

You may create an account to facilitate ordering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent or abusive behaviour.
